Meet Poppy James

It’s my pleasure to introduce you to the newest member of our family, Poppy James Bagwell-Mastrocola.

Poppy came into the world calmly and quickly the morning of Dec 31st, 2021. Coincidentally Poppy shares a birthday with her sister and my father who were also both born on New Year’s Eve.

Ginny is over the moon to be a big sister and asks me regularly if we can keep the new baby. Sal has six weeks paternity leave and our little family of four has spent the last few weeks in quarantine hiding from omicron, binge-watching episodes of Ginny’s new favorite show The Lion Guard, and sleeping when we can.

I look forward to sharing more about Poppy’s birth story later this month.
